Former Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng is not happy with how Advocate Malesela Teffo’s arrest was handled.
Teffo was arrested last week during the court proceedings in Senzo Meyiwa’s murder trial in the Pretoria High Court.
Advocate Malesela Teffo was representing accused one to four in the trial. Mogoeng said the justice system is not equal and is not serving Black Africans.
The former Justice expressed shock at how the advocate was arrested. He wondered why the police had to arrest the advocate during a court session.
