Operation Dudula leader, Nhlanhla Lux Dlamini (Nhlanhla Paballo Mohlauli) has been dragged to court by an events company Vertex Events for a debt of R697 942. 2 which he has been refusing to pay since 2015.

Sunday World reports that on 28 May 2015, Vertex Events, represented by its Director Thato Noel Segaole and Native Airways, represented by Lux, entered into an oral agreement  where Native Airways would pay R697 000 plus VAT to Vertex Events as a sponsorship fee to organise the 2015 Youth Day celebration event.

The money was supposed to be paid within 30 days, but Nhlanhla Lux has been ducking and diving since 2015.

The matter will soon be heard in open court as the request by Vertex Events lawyers for a default judgment were not accepted by the court registrar.
