South African courts decided to give AKA back his ownership rights of the Braai Show that has been running on SABC 1.

This comes after more than a year-long court battle between AKA and MakhuduCom.

MakhuduCom and SABC 1 took over ownership of the cook-show and changed its name to The Braai Show With Cass back in August of 2021 after the death of AKA’s fiancee Nelly Tembe.

The TV station had earlier claimed 100% intellectual property ownership rights of the show which they later gave to Cassper Nyovest.

However, his fight through the courts has finally paid off after a year.

He confirmed in his recent social media post.

Fans said Cassper Nyovest has been working for AKA.
