Veteran South African actress Shalene Surtie-Richards has passed away. She was 66 years old at the time of her passing.
According to media reports she passed away at a guest house in Cape Town. She was in the mother city shooting scenes for a series she was featuring in.
The multi award winning actress played iconic roles including those in Generations, Egoli and many more.
