Award winning actress, Vele Manenje is set to join the cast of Skeem Saam as Evelyn.
She will be playing the role of an intelligent former school teacher, who makes a sudden delivery at Charles shop.
The casting news was announced by esteemed entertainment commentator, Phil Mphela.

Vele Manenje is quite an esteemed actress, having won a SAFTA award for Best Supporting Actress-Telenovela award, for her role in Ring Of Lies season 2.
Not only is she an outstanding actress, she is also a good TV host, dhe has hosted shows like Rivoningo and Siyakholwa.
In 2018 and 2019 she was announced as the new host of Seasons 8 and 9 of Mzansi Magic’s reality show, Our Perfect Wedding.
There is no doubt Vele Manenje will nail her role on Skeem Saam.
