The State Capture Commission of Inquiry has requested the court to jail former President Jacob Zuma for at least two years.

In an urgent application to the Constitutional Court on Monday,  the Commission Secretary said Zuma had committed a number of illegal acts.

In their application they stated that Zuma failed to turn up when he was summoned to do so. He also failed to sign the affidavits as per the orders of the Constitutional Court.

They are also not happy with what the former statesman said in a statement regarding the Constitutional Court and the whole Judiciary system in South Africa.
