King Goodwill Zwelithini Is Doing Well In Hospital

Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi who is the spokesperson of King Goodwill Zwelithini revealed that the monarch is doing well in hospital.

He dismissed social media reports that were saying the King is frail. Mangosuthu said fake news was hurting the royal family.

He also mentioned that he is always keeping in touch with the King and the only thing that he is complaining about is the high glucose levels.

Buthelezi said it was the King’s doctors who suggested that he be treated in the ICU.
