The Sartuday Star reports that The Leornado, the tallest building in South Africa, is coming to life as tenants and residents have started moving in.
The building is owned by Legacy hotels and resorts, and has a hotel, offices, private residences a restaurant and conferencing facilities.
The restaurant, Aurum, is situated at the 7th floor of the 55 floor building.
The rooftop sky bar is set to open in early 2021.
Other features:
– There is a gym on the seventh floor
– There is a private pre-school for children between 18 months and 5 years during school days.
– During school holidays, there are babysitting services.
– There is housekeeping, laundry, and a concierge service.
– There is a day spa on the seventh floor for facials, massages, manicures and pedicures, and hair treatments.
The Leornado also has private apartments that come with a stove, oven, fridge and kitchen utensils.
There are eight luxury penthouse suites at the Leonardo that cost up to R 65 Million with the most expensive Penthouse on the 53rd floor costing R250 Million.
