Meet Duduzane Zuma’s Twin Sister, Duduzile Zuma.

Duduzane Zuma’s Twin sister Duduzile Zuma was born in 1984 and even though many people don’t know about her she has been doing a lot as a philanthropist.

Duduzile Zuma is the founder of the Dudu Zuma Foundation which she opened when their mother passed away.

Their mother Kate committed suicide by an overdose of drugs therefore Dudu decided to open a foundation to help adults and children with suicidal thoughts.
