The case of  Norma Mngoma, the estranged wife of former cabinet Minister Malusi Gigaba has been postponed to Thursday.

Mngoma had applied to the Pretoria High Court to have her July arrest overturned and the case against her scrapped claiming improper interference by the Hawks.

Norma Gigaba was arrested by the Hawks from Mpumalanga. She said they confiscated her gadgets illegally. She also said some critical information in the gadgets was deleted.

It is alleged that the matter was supposed to be handled by the South African Police Services and not the Hawks.
