Rapper Emtee has come out defending initiation schools. He took to Twitter and posted a picture and captioned it, “Hlubi”. The picture was of boys in an initiation school.
Emtee expressed that he is a Hlubi and was so proud and grateful to his forefathers. He also said that he knew that his grandfather was so proud of him.
He added that going to an initiation school was one of the greatest moments in his life and if possible he was going to do it again.

The post sparked a debate on Twitter as some asked if going to an initiation school was still necessary in this day and age.
The rapper replied by quickly shutting everyone. Emtee said people should leave him and his culture alone.
