The Queen star SK Khoza has apologised for video clips and photos of him with undressed women that trended on social media in the past few days.

While they have been deemed scandalous by social media users posting of explicit material is illegal in South Africa.

Those found guilty of such a crime are fined hefty fines or they have to spend more than a year behind prison bars.

SK Khoza apologised to his family, the Fergusons and fans for embarrassing them and himself. He also apologised for putting Ferguson Films and Mzansi Magic in a position he totally regrets.

Legal experts have revealed that according to the Films and Publications Amendment Bill signed into law by President Cyril Ramaphosa, Khoza and the women in the clips are victims of revenge p*rn.

According to the Bill revenge p*rn is defined as same as knowingly distributing private s*xual photographs and videos in any medium without the consent of the individuals in the film.
