Media personality Somizi Mhlongo paid a moving tribute to his mother actress Mary Twala. Her memorial service was held today 9 July 2020 in Soweto.
The service was streamed live and because of Covid-19 the service was attended by family members and close companions not surpassing 50 people.
Taking to the podium with his husband Mohale Motaung, Somizi said his mother told the specialist before passing on that she wanted a ton of blossoms at her burial.
He added that the actress also told the specialist that she wanted a similar dress for her burial as the one she wore at Somizi and Mohale’s wedding.
Somizi portrayed his mother as an exceptional fruitful lady in every angle whose hardworking attitude was an exceptionally dependable individual.
