Businessman Vusi Thembekwayo has pointed blame at the government for the country’s current economic state. He directed his anger towards politicians.

In a video that has since gone viral, Vusi was swearing at the country’s politicians for the role he believes they have played in contributing to South Africa’s economic troubles.

In an interview with eNCA News, Vusi said people were being retrenched not because of Covid-19 alone but also because of economic mismanagement for the past 26 years.

In his own words, Vusi said the politicians were responsible for the economic recession in the past two years.

Vusi Thembekwayo also said the government must be held accountable because it is 26 years after Apartheid but still they are not acting in the best interest of the country.

The businessman added that Covid-19 was not the cause of death for businesses. He said the causes were bad economic policies, poor leadership and a poorly led economy.
