Recently rapper AKA made some very serious claims against Reebok about their collaboration with him. Reebok has responded to AKA’s claims that he did not receive any royalties from their sneaker collaboration.

AKA wrote on Twitter: “Can you believe they didn’t pay me a single cent for this?…not one cent”, he added “probably never again. They refused to give me any sort of payment or royalty”.

However Reebok said they signed contracts with AKA for their SneAKA collaboration. They revealed that they fulfilled their obligations with AKA as per the terms and conditions of their contract.

In a statement released by Reebok they said , “In October 2019, we executed a successful launch of the Reebok SneAKA. Upon entering into the relationship, both parties were happy with the agreement and the terms of the launch were not disputed.”

In addition to that Reebok said earlier this year they communicated with AKA that they would not renew his ambassador contract but the door was open for them to work together again before he disappointed them on social media.
