Bahumi Madisakwane is Palesa Madisakwane and Somizi Mhlongo’s daughter. She is an actress and a television personality. She was born on the 9th of February in 1995 and is currently studying towards a degree in law.
Entertainment runs in her blood just like her parents. Bahumi was a semi finalist on an international television channel talent search. She has appeared on many television commercials in South Africa ever since she was a kid.
She is best known for her role in the SABC 2 telenovela Keeping Score. She made her debut in acting on the show back in 2017 when she was still 22 years old. Both her parents are actors. She is also part of his father’s reality show , “Living the Dream with Somizi”.
Bahumi told Drum Magazine that she has been always the topic growing up. As people would always talk about her being Somizi and Palesa’s daughter.
She said people spoke about her dad being gay and the criticism used to get to her sometimes. However that is in the past as she is happy that her father Somizi married Mohale Motaung as that made him so happy.
Meanwhile Somizi has been on record saying that he loved her daughter no matter what she looks like. Bahumi suffers from lymphedema that causes swelling in one of her legs making it look bigger than the other.
