Acting Justice Tembeka Ngcukaitobi Sworn In

Acting Justice Tembeka Ngcukaitobi was sworn in on 4 June 2026 at South Africa’s Constitutional Court.

Deputy Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, DCJ Mlambo, administered the oath.

The ceremony was witnessed by corporate executive Tumi Sole and Diggie Bongz.

The acting appointment is for a period of six months.
