KZN Police Commissioner General Mkhwanazi has revealed that Vusi ‘Cat’ Matlala and his criminal friends have stealth funds at Tembisa Hospital.

– Dr Gwen Ramokgopa who Vusi ‘Cat’ Matlala refers to as ‘Ngawa Ko Hae’ has been a major beneficiary of Vusi ‘Cat’ Matlala’s largesse and illicit funds.
– WhatsApp messages have revealed that Vusi ‘Cat’ Matlala made regular cash drop-offs in Waterkloof, at the residence of another Pretoria born and bred businessman, Groovin Nchabeleng.
– Monthly payments of R2 million were facilitated by Vusi ‘Cat’ Matlala and handed over to Grooving Nchabeleng in a scheme intended to buy political protection for the Vusi ‘Cat’ Matlala empire and to secure its interests in Tshwane and other municipalities.
– WhatsApp messages reveal that Vusi ‘Cat’ Matlala provided protection services and vehicles to the ANC’s Treasurer General Dr Gwen Ramokgopa through a conduit security company named Brinco, which is located in Pretoria.
– Private messages between Vusi ‘Cat’ Matlala and Groovin Nchabeleng, who is the right-hand man of Dr Gwen Ramokgopa indicate that Groovin Nchabeleng was facilitating security contracts for Vusi ‘Cat’ Matlala at SANRAL, where Groovin Nchabeleng is currently making R12 million a month through irregular PR contracts and at ACSA, to safeguard the country’s airports.
– Vusi ‘Cat’ Matlala once dropped off an undisclosed sum of money at the Progressive Business Forum of the ANC office in Hyde Park.
