American rapper and businessman Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori are being investigated for their compromising position in Venice, Italy.
The two were filmed in a boat with the rapper’s bum exposed while Bianca knelt before him with her head on his lap.
The Italian police said there are rules and regulations that have to be followed by tourists and locals and offenders face punishment.
Swimming in the Venice open canals is not allowed and is punishable thus the locals are calling for a stiff punishment when it comes to indecency exposure.
