Rapper Emtee has been compelled to pay back the money he took from the family Trust fund. Emtee transferred the money into his account without his estranged wife Nicole Chinsamy’s consent.
The two separated a few weeks ago and Nicole obtained a court interdict to stop Emtee whose real name is Mthembeni Ndevu from depleting their estate ahead of their pending divorce.
In her papers Nicole revealed that a sum above R599 000 was transferred from the trust account to a cheque account.
Nicole Chinsamy received a message from FNB Bank notifying her about the transaction which she had not consented to.
She revealed that her estranged husband wanted to deplete all the funds from the account so that when they finally get divorced, she would walk away with nothing.
