Popular motivational speaker, Vusi Thembekwayo, has hit hard times.
Sunday World reports that FNB Bank is repossessing the Steyn City land that Thembekwayo bought with his estranged wife, Palesa Mahlolo in 2017.
The newspaper reports that Thembekwayo has now approached the Joburg High Court to force Palesa to sign an agreement of sale for the land to avoid the repossession.
We got an offer of R3, 6 million from an Estate Agent for the land while the bank wishes to recover R1, 3 Million….The Estate agent tried to speak to Palesa to no avail. At each turn I followed up with Palesa, mostly telephonic ally, who promised to sign but has never taken such a step…
Palesa and Vusi are married in community of property since April 2020 and their marriage fell apart just one month later in May 2020.
