SABC Head of legal affairs, Advocate Ntuthuzelo Vanara will appear in court for intimidation.
Sunday World published whatapp messages that were sent by Advocate Vanara to Ndlovu threatening to hire hitman from the Eastern Cape to deal with him.
Ndlovu, who is locked in a legal battle with the SABC, claims that Vanara is protecting Ukhozi FM business manager , Sibongile Ndlovu.
Ndlovu is demanding payment from the SABC for the use of the Summer Song of the year competition concept which he signed an agreement with the broadcaster in 2017.
The newspaper reports that Ndlovu claims that Sbongi is responsible for fraudulently withholding his portion of the money that Ukhozi FM is generating from using his concept.
