Babes Wodumo has paid her last respects to her late mother in-law Zamanguni Gumede who was laid to rest today in Kwa-ZuluNatal.
Zamanguni Gumede passed away on the 15th of January 2023. Her death came a few weeks after her son Mampintsha’s death.
They both passed away from stroke related complications. Babes Wodumo gave a speech at the funeral service.
She described her late mother In-law Zamanguni as her own mother. She also opened up about forgiveness between her and Zamanguni.

The two had a rocky relationship in 2021 when Babes was pregnant. The Gqom musician vowed to continue supporting Mampintsha’s family.
