Nota Hanging out With Police Minister Bheki Cele

Controversial music entrepreneur Nhlamulo Nota Baloyi has been at loggerheads with the police.

He is always involved in altercations with the authorities. The media personality recently met the Police Minister Bheki Cele.

Cele was speaking at the 55th African National Congress, National Conference.

Nota grabbed the opportunity to film himself standing next to Cele who was answering questions from the media.

He then reposted the video demanding that Bheki Cele should arrest him.
