Is Sonia Mbele Lying, Her Son is Already in Rehab

Actress Sonia Mbele released a statement condemning her son Donnell who had physically abused his girlfriend.

In the statement she said it was sad that she found out about the abuse through social media. Sonia said Donnell’s girlfriend should have approached her since she has treated her like her own child.

She added that Donnell was to face his demons as she could not afford to raise an abuser since she was abused herself in her marriage.

In a twist of events, Sonia Mbele is reported to have said another version of the story when she was interviewed by Drum.

The incident allegedly happened at the beginning of November and she sent her son to a rehabilitation centre.

Thus it contradicts what she had said in her statement.
