Her mother in-law Zama Gumede accused the Gqom Queen of carrying a sponge on her belly to pretend she was pregnant.
After giving birth the Wololo hitmaker nicknamed her child sponge and she spent so many months without revealing her baby’s face in public.
Babes revealed that she doesn’t want her child to meet people because some of them perform rituals.

She added that girlfriends might cast a spell on her child using pictures or by touching them. Babes once revealed that her husband Mampintsha had so many girlfriends.
