Nyamukamadi Mabirimisa (91), the only surviving wife of the late Limpopo millionaire, Josiah Mabirimisa, is living in destitution.
This is despite the fact that late her husband, Josiah Mabirimisa, left a fleet of buses and livestock.
Nyamukandi is now taking Arnold, the first born son of Josiah, with his first wife, Denga Denga, to the Supreme Court of Appeal. She claims that the Estate of her late husband only benefited Arnold and his family, who are living flamboyant lives.
Josiah was married to three wives and when he died in 1998, Arnold was appointed as the executor of the Estate.
Mabirimisa bus service is still operating in Nzhelele, Venda. On his death, Josiah left at least 25 buses and many cattle.
Mabirimisa claimed in her court papers that Arnold only gave her R200 and an 80kg bag of mealie meal after the death Of Josiah.
