Adv. Malesela Teffo Aks for the Charge To Be Dropped

ENCA NEWS reported that Defense lawyer in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial Advocate Malesela Teffo has applied for the charges against him to be dropped.

Teffo is representing accused one to four in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial.

Senzo Meyiwa,  who was a goalkeeper for Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates was shot dead in October 2014 at his then girlfriend Kelly Khumalo’s mother’s house in Vosloorus.

Towards the end of April 2022, Advocate Malesela Teffo was arrested during court proceedings at the Pretoria High Court.

Teffo was then granted a R10.000 bail after his dramatic arrest.

The Advocate was arrested for failing to avail himself before the Hillbrow Magistrate’s court on charges of assault and trespassing.
