Rhythm City Sparked Depression on Many Actors After Cancellation

The cancellation of Rhythm City left many of the cast members devastated. Some were part of the show for over a decade. The canning of the show led to loss of income.

Actress Mapula Mafole who was part of the show for six years said the cancellation of the show sparked her depression.

She told Tshisa Live that it was difficult for her to find work again after the canning of the show.

The actress had to distract herself by going to the Market Theatre to do some training. The actress is currently appearing on Unmarried Season 3.
