The cattle auction set to take place this weekend at President Cyril Ramaphosa’s Phala Phala Farm in Limpopo will not accept cash.

Ramaphosa’s Phala Phala Farm came under fire after former Spy boss Arthur Fraser accused Ramaphosa of concealing money on the property which was subsequently stolen in 2020.

He also accused the president of illegally detaining the burglars and bribing them to keep quiet.

The organisers of the Ankole Cattle Breeders Association said they will not be changing the venue which is Ramaphosa’s farm for the auction of animals despite the allegations.

The auction is scheduled to take place on the 18th of June 2022. The auction is organised and run by the Ankole Cattle Breeders Association of South Africa.

Atleast 200 people are expected to attend the auction at Phala Phala Farm.
