It is with sad news to announce that Simiso Buthelezi has died after being hospitalized after his boxing match.

Simiso Buthelezi passed away the 7th of June at night at Durban hospital.
On the 5th of June 2022 Mr Buthelezi participated in a boxing tournament where he collapsed and was later revealed that he suffered brain injury which resulted in internal bleeding.

At his 10th and final round Simiso fell through the ropes and appeared to lose his understanding after as he swinging punches at invisible opponent.
The Buthelezi family requested members of the public to give the space while mourning.
