South Africans are still mourning the passing of iconic actor Jamie Bartlett. Bartlett was popularly known as David Genaro on the now canned e.tv drama series Rhythm City.
The actor passed away on Monday after suffering from cardiac arrest. His son Hector Bartlett has since shared a touching tribute to his father.
Fans and celebrities have paid tribute to the late star. Hector said his father inspired him to be interested and be interesting in life.
He added that he was also inspired by his father’s theatre performances. He described him as an unbelievable father who inspired him through the most.
Hector went on to say he couldn’t think of a better person to learn from about life. He also thanked fans for the condolence messages.
