Jacob Zuma Expected Back in Court Today

ENCA NEWS reported that the corruption trial of former president Jacob Zuma is returning to the Pietermaritzburg High Court today.

Last month, Judge Piet Koen granted him another postponement.

The postponements are being seen as delaying tactics by the former head of state.

The postponement was to allow Jacob Zuma to appeal the dismissal of his application to remove Prosecutor Billy Downer from his trial.

Zuma argues that Advocate Billy Downer will not give him a fair trial. He said Downer has a vendetta against him and he is a compromised person.
