Serious allegations have emerged on social media involving Matthew Itai Tsakatsa and Refiloe Tsakatsa, who are linked to the travel company Blacktrotters. The claims suggest that the pair are being sought by Lerato Mvelase following allegations that travelers were defrauded through the company.
According to multiple social media posts and comments, several individuals allege that Blacktrotters collected payments for travel packages that were either partially delivered or not delivered at all. A number of affected customers claim they were left out of pocket, with attempts to recover their money proving unsuccessful.

One social media user, who says she was in a long-term personal relationship with Matthew Itai Tsakatsa, publicly accused him of being a “swindler of note,” alleging that she was left in debt while he moved on without settling outstanding financial obligations. Other commenters echoed similar sentiments, urging alleged victims to speak out and seek justice.
Lerato Mvelase is reported to be actively looking for Matthew and Refiloe Tsakatsa in relation to these claims, as calls grow for accountability and repayment of funds allegedly taken from travelers. Online discussions suggest that more complainants may still be coming forward.
