Minister Nathi Mthethwa Failed to Help Deborah Fraser

Yesterday South Africa received the sad news of Deborah Fraser’s passing. The gospel musician passed away after being sick for almost a year.

Deborah revealed before dying that she was in and out of hospital for almost a year. She could not walk and was using a wheelchair.

Tweeps have slammed the Minister of Arts, Sports and Recreation Nathi Mthethwa for failing to help artists.

Apparently Mthethwa failed to lend a helping hand at a time Deborah was in need of help.
