Radio host Somizi Mhlongo and his estranged husband Mohale Motaung who have been at loggerheads have temporary joined hands to fight Legend Manqele.
Manqele is the producer of their reality television show Living The Dream With Somizi which airs on Mzansi Magic.
The pair is demanding R1.5 million for the broadcasting rights to their wedding ceremony.
Mohale and Somizi got married in 2020 and separated in 2021 amid abuse rumours. They sold the broadcasting rights to Bar Leader TV before their wedding.
Manqele has failed to pay them despite the show being aired on DStv’s Showmax. Somizi and Mohale’s lawyers have instructed Manqele to pay the money.
The former lovers are headed for a divorce. This was after Mohale Motaung accused Somizi of being an abusive partner.
