Gauteng MEC for Finance and e-government Noluntu Nkomo-Ralehoko’s efforts to help Kwaito legend Bonginkosi Dlamini aka Zola 7 have been put on hold.

It is reported that Zola 7’s family asked the MEC to stop the campaign. The MEC alleged that Zola 7’s wife had urged the musician to go to rehab.

In a video Noluntu Nkomo-Relehoko urged citizens to encourage Zola 7 to go to a rehabilitation centre. She said the musician must get help, get better and get opportunities.

Zola 7 revealed during Podcast and Chill with MacG that he was suffering from epilepsy.
