Russian Bear has launched its Ultimate Collaboration by releasing two anthems with some of South Africa’s best.

The competition aims to provide young, up and coming creatives with an opportunity to collaborate with two of South Africa’s influential artists, that’s Nadia Nakai and Blaq Diamond.

The award winning vodka has been rooted in urban culture and collaboration proving once again why Russian Bear is one of the most loved brands in hip-hop and urban circles.

Fans had to send their portfolios by sliding their DMs on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter in order to show Russia Bear what they could do.

There were over 700 entries across music, fashion, and art. The brand reached over 1 million consumers during the campaign.

Lauren Justus, Marketing Manager at Edward Snell said Russian Bear is extremely proud to be able to give consumers a platform to level up their craft.

“Each of the finalists were interviewed before we asked Russian Bear audience to vote on their favourite in each category”, Lauren added.

The top 5 was selected with help from celebrity influencers Nadia Nakai and Blaq Diamond, the Russian Bear brand team, partners MullenLowe and Influencer management team Jailbird.

Blaq Diamond represents Russian Bear Original and Energy Fusion whereas Nadia Nakai represents the brand’s other vodka flavours.
