Tshepo Mahloele owns one of the biggest newspaper groups in South Africa and he has made major investments in Capitec.

The businessman grew up in Mamelodi before his mother sent him to study in CapeTown.

He is the Co-founder of Harith Financiers which has invested heavily in infrastructure across South Africa. One of their assets is Lanseria Airport.

Mahloele has a stake in BizNews, he is also the Chairperson of Arena Holdings which runs the Sunday Times, Financial Mail, Business Day amongst many other newspapers.

In addition he recently acquired a stake in South African Airways. Tshepo believes that businesses never die thus when an opportunity arises he grabs it with both hands.
