Bheki Cele Warns South Africans Against Misbehaving During the Festive Season

Minister of Police Bheki Cele has warned South Africans against misbehaving during the festive season.

There is a leaked audio of the Minister warning that there is no Gqom after 12 midnight. He said the law does not permit people to move after 12.

In addition he said drinking is also not allowed after the set time. He also warned against hosting parties on the beach.
