Joburg Mayor Dr. Mpho Phalatse Elaborates On Eskom Crisis.

The newly elected Johannesburg mayor Dr Mpho Phalatse has revealed that the outrage on Soweto residents was due to illegal connections.

This led residents to barricade the Soweto highway.

She went on to reveal that residents in Diepkloof Zone 3 have been without power for two weeks.

Hence she urged residents to desist from illegal acts of connecting power without paying for it.
