After a video of actress Khanya Mkangisa getting arrested for drinking and driving went viral it led to her losing jobs and campaigns.
She told Pearl Modiadie that many brands who wished to work with her would call and cancel because of the video. Clients have taken a step back especially when it comes to her influencing work.
Her characters on television also suffered as some had to come to an end following the incident. She used to act on SABC drama show Muvhango.
Finally the actress is back on the tv screens and fans are so excited. Khanya is going to appear on the Mzansi Magic telenovela The Queen.
She will again potray the role of Akhona on the Ferguson Films production. She will start appearing on the 25th of October 2021.
