The South African government is trying by all means to convince citizens to register and show up for vaccination. Many are still skeptical about it despite being told that the vaccine is safe for humans.

It seems those who indulge in alcohol will be affected the most. Limpopo Health member of the executive councils Dr Phophi Ramathuba said she is in talks with liquor suppliers to refuse to sell alcohol to unvaccinated persons.

Ramathuba has been a member of the ANC for a long time now. She is a member of the ANC Provincial Executive Committee in Limpopo. She is also the Provincial legislator in Limpopo.

South Africa has been on lockdown since last year and citizens have been told to wear masks and sanitise. There are also Covid-19 restrictions which have been applied in order to curb the spread of the pandemic.
