Percy Tau & 5 Other Players Ruled Out of Bafana Bafana Squad Due to Covid-19

Percy Tau and five other players were ruled out of the Bafana Bafana squad after testing positive for Covid-19.

SAFA confirmed this morning that six players have been ruled out of Thursday’s friendly match against Uganda. This follows Monday’s announcement that players including Percy Tau had tested positive to Covid-19.

The Bafana Bafana assistant coach revealed that Percy Tau alongside SuperSport midfielder Tebogo Mokoena had tested positive for Covid-19.

The friendly match against the Uganda Cranes will be played on Thursday 10 June 2021 at Orlando Stadium at 18h00.
