Veteran actress Lilian Dube has bagged herself a role in a sitcom that will air on Mojalove. The sitcom is named Emzini Wabadala and focuses on people who live at an old people’s home.
It is a remake of Emzini Wezinsizwa which focused on people living in hostels. Because of this Mojalove was forced to change the format of the show by SABC.
Lilian will play a lead role and will portray a Matron taking care and in charge of the old people’s home. Lilian Dube was said to have been chosen because she is a high profile actress and is bound to draw audiences.
The actress has been shooting for quite some time now and the show will air in a few months to come. This show expected to give the audience an insight of how people are treated in an old people’s home.
