DJ Fresh has denied allegations of r_ape that were levelled against him on Twitter. This comes after a mystery woman publicly accused Dj Fresh and DJ Euphonik of allegedly drugging her and r_aping her.
In series of tweets that went viral the woman said she wanted the two DJs to acknowledge the alleged r_ape.
The woman said she was a virgin at the time of the s_exual assault and she had to take anxiety medication in order to come out and speak about the incident on social media.
DJ Fresh said he was well aware of the allegations levelled against him. He said a lot of assertions have been made about him on social media.
He said he understands that this is often the price of being in the public eye. He added that the claims were untrue.
Furthermore, DJ Fresh said he is deeply concerned that fake allegations about gender based violence undermine the gravity of legitimate incidences in South Africa and beyond.
