Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Mary were recently granted bail by the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court.
Their R200 000 bail each comes with strict conditions. Here Are some of their bail conditions.
They must hand over their title deeds of their property in Centurion as a guarantee to the state.
They are also not allowed to preach about this particular case or any matter relating to the case until the case is concluded.
Number 3 is that they must hand over their travelling documents to the presiding officer as soon as possible.
They are not allowed to make any international trips until this case is concluded.
Number 5 is that they are not allowed to travel outside the Province of Gauteng.
Lastly all the accused are expected to report to a nearby police station from Monday to Friday between 6am and 6pm.
