Skeem Saam actor Cornet Mamabolo is reported to have been arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. This happened in Edenvale, east of Johannesburg.
The 29 year old was charged for drunken driving at the Sandringham Police station. He was arrested while driving his BMW X4.
When the police stopped him, he failed the breath analyser test. The police found out that Cornet was above the alcohol limits for driving.
Cornet Mamabolo is popular for his role on Skeem Saam as Thabo Maputla. This has become a trend for celebrities to drive under the influence.
Other celebrities who were arrested before for driving under the influence include, Nay Maps, Khaya Mkangisa and Warren Masemola.
