Another woman has been murdered just a few days from Tshegofatso Pule who was stabbed on the chest and hanged in Florida, Johannesburg.
A 42 year old woman was found dead in an outside room in Eersterust, Pretoria. She was found in the early morning of Sunday.
It is suspected that the woman was killed by someone who is close to her. Police have so far identified a suspect Mr Clayton Andrews who is believed to be the last person to be in contact with the deceased when she was still alive.
Provincial Police Commissioner Elias Mawela condemned the killing of women in Gauteng Province. Police are appealing for eye witnesses to come forward and assist with the investigations.
Gauteng police spokesperson Kay Makhubele said the name of the victim could not be released yet but her boyfriend was the only suspect at the moment. He added that the motive behind the murder is still unknown.
