Tv personality and actor Dingane Khumalo said he was inspired by “uSbally wakhe” Musa Mseleku to share his experience too.
He said Musa Mseleku obtained his first million rands out of selling food at the tax rank and his story is almost similar to his.
Dingane said while he was acting on Generations, he also worked for Bab’ uNkosi, who owned a general dealer and a dry cleaner.
He revealed that after realising the gap at the dry cleaner whereby people who dropped their clothes had no time to fetch them, he decided to do the collect and deliver job for the residents in Katlehong.
Dingane said he started collecting clothes for people who wanted dry cleaning services and he will deliver them after the service was done. From his savings for both salaries, he managed to buy his first car, a golf.
He added that he didn’t buy the car for luxury but to travel many places collecting clothes for dry cleaning hence increasing his salary. Dingane said from then, he also managed to save the deposit to buy his first town house and that was the transition of his life.
